1. General Cancellations

Penalties depend on the service type and supplier conditions.
2. Hotels & Packages

30+ days before arrival: refund minus 10% fee

15–29 days: refund minus 30%

7–14 days: refund minus 60%

6 days or less / No-show: no refund
3. Excursions & Tours

48+ hours: refund minus 10%

<48 hours: no refund

If canceled by operator (e.g., bad weather): full refund or free reschedule.
4. Car Rentals

72+ hours: refund minus 10%

<72 hours: 50% charge

No-show: 100% charge
5. Airport Transfers

24+ hours: refund minus 10%

<24 hours: no refund
6. Refund Processing
Refunds processed within 7–14 business days via original payment method.
7. Amendments
Changes allowed based on availability; fare differences may apply.
8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for cancellations caused by natural disasters, pandemics, or unrest. Rebooking assistance will be provided when possible.
